Hey there! We're Annika and Björn, two outdoor enthusiasts from Kiel. Even before Läppie was founded, it was clear to us that something had to change in Europe's nature. Whether hiking, pilgrimaging, climbing, or walking the dog, toilet paper is everywhere.

We were already familiar with the concept of the pee cloth from the USA, where it is widely used among outdoor enthusiasts.

Inspired by this and out of necessity, we designed our own pee cloth, "Läppie", before our 6-month hike through the USA, to now popularize the pee cloth concept in Europe.

Annika extensively tested Läppie's design and durability to ensure it stands up to the challenges of an active outdoor life.
