Delivery is made exclusively to the countries listed below.

For orders over €75 we deliver free of charge to all countries listed below.

We charge shipping costs as follows:

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–5 days, and for international deliveries within 5–8 days after conclusion of contract (for prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Please note that any fees for international bank transfers must be borne by the customer. We can only dispatch your order once the full invoice amount has been received.

General Notes on Delivery Times

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. No tracking code is available for merchandise shipping. Based on our experience, standard parcel transit time is approximately 24–48 hours (on business days).

Merchandise shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days.
