1. Scope

The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Läppie GbR.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You may initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

Language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and will send you the order data and our T&Cs in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply for standard delivery. Details on shipping costs can be found in the product listings.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

You also have the option of collecting your order in person from Björn Dziambor, Hasselmannstraße 5, 24114 Kiel, Germany, during the following business hours: 12:00–18:00.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card is charged immediately upon placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further details are provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these options; any individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
